All Together in Dignity (ATD) Fourth World is a non - governmental organisation (NGO) founded in 1957 by Father Joseph Wresinski (1917-1988), in a shantytown near Paris, France. It is an international organisation with no religious or political affiliations ; its aim is to eradicate extreme poverty in developing and industrialised countries.

Represented in 26 counties, ATD Fourth World has consultative status with the United Nations’ Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), UNICEF, UNESCO and ILO ; it holds participatory status with the Council of Europe.

ATD Fourth World invites individuals from all background and institutions, public or private, to come together to reach out to those in extreme poverty , as partners in education, housing, healthcare, social and economic development.
