Friends of ATD Foundation was legally set up in 1992 by a group of Thai friends to promote the ATD Fourth World Movement in Thailand. The members organise poverty-related seminars and take part actively in special events, particularly on the 17th of October.

Tha members care after the well-being of the volunteers and provide the volunteers of foreign nationalities with valuable advice on understanding the culture, customs and traditions of the country.
