Activity in Bangkok Noi

In 1996, the volunteers began visiting another group of people living in very precarious conditions under and around the Arun Amarin Bridge, not far from the Thonburi Railway Station. The volunteers first came to this community, which they refer to as "Bangkok Noi" after the district in which it is located, following a chance encounter with a child who used to live at Saphan Phut and whose family had taken shelter under the bridge.
